Rates

All rate information is subject to change.

For both local and out of area visits:

Phone, Email, Text, Chat, and Video Chat support is billed in 15 minute increments.
Drive time is charged for on site visits over 20 miles away at $50/hour. If we are already in the area we won’t charge for drive time. Time is charged to and from our office.
Our local rate is $135/hour.

On site visits have a three hour minimum.
Out of area work performed in our office is billed at our local rate.
Our out of area rate is $150/hour plus transportation and lodging expenses.

Appointments within driving distance have a four hour minimum.
Appointments requiring air travel have an eight hour minimum.
Services provided from our office will be billed at the local rate.
We can provide a ballpark estimate the number hours on specific jobs. If the job is complex, we can create a needs analysis or recommendations document.

We charge for the time to create the needs analysis or recommendations document.
We don’t bid fixed prices.
If it takes more or less time to do the work, we bill for the time it takes to do the job.
